After operating 3 AI companies over 20 years, I kept seeing the same pattern: companies spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on strategy documents that never got implemented, and teams buying AI tools that nobody knew how to use.
ACG was built to close that gap. Our team has founded and scaled AI companies, built production systems, and led enterprise transformations. We do not hand you a deck and walk away. We roll up our sleeves and build alongside you.

Robbie Allen
Managing Director
I have been building AI companies for over 20 years, long before "AI" became a boardroom buzzword. In 2010, I founded Automated Insights, recognized as the first Generative AI company. We pioneered automated content generation for major global brands, and the company was acquired by STATS Inc. in 2015.
After that, I co-founded Infinia ML with a group of PhD Data Scientists from Duke, building one of the earliest deep learning consultancies. I also co-founded Bionic Health, which was successfully acquired, and I am the author of multiple technical books on automation and networking.
I hold multiple patents on generative AI technology, serve as a General Partner at NC Tweener Fund where I have invested in over 100 startups, and was named North Carolina Tech Executive of the Year in 2017.
I started ACG because I kept watching companies waste money on AI consulting that never delivered. Our team actually builds, not just advises. Every engagement is led by people who have operated AI companies, not people who read about them.
